I will work in partnership with you to ensure your building is safe for all
persons, your approach and management systems are effective and to
agree & identify any cost effective solutions to ensure compliance with fire
safety legislation.

Fire Safety Consultancy

Prior to October 2006 inspections were conducted by the Fire Service who issued Fire Certificates.

Fire Services no longer issue fire certificates and those previously in force will have no legal status.

Therefore the responsible person must carry out a fire-risk assessment, however any fire certificates already in existence may be useful as a good starting point.
